I create handcrafted desserts for occasions where both exceptional taste and elegant presentation matter. My collection includes European classics as well as exclusive signature mini cakes developed from my own recipes, combining distinctive flavors, textures, and sophisticated designs.
Plombir Mini Cake — approx. 220 g
One of my signature creations. A delicate mini cake made with cream cheese and natural vanilla, featuring layers of homemade salted caramel, buttery sablé, and pecan praline. It is finished with an elegant handcrafted cream-cheese flower and a delicate touch of edible gold. Its smooth vanilla-cream flavor, caramel and pecan notes, and refined presentation make it especially beautiful for weddings and elegant celebrations.
Cherry Mini Cake — approx. 220 g
A signature mini cake made with cream cheese and natural vanilla, featuring buttery sablé and rich cherry confit, finished with a cherry on top. The delicate creamy texture is beautifully balanced by the bright flavor of cherries and the buttery sablé.
Italian Panna Cotta with Orchid
A delicate Italian classic presented in my signature style. This creamy panna cotta can be complemented with pomegranate seeds, blueberries, raspberries, or other fruit and berries according to your preference. One of my special designs features an elegant orchid with pomegranate seeds arranged inside the flower.
Handcrafted Zephyr
Zephyr holds a special place in my collection. I create zephyr swirls, realistic edible flowers, and beautiful flower bouquets made entirely from zephyr. They can be presented as small arrangements, large bouquets, or elegant gift compositions.
At first glance, a zephyr bouquet looks like real flowers — but every flower is actually a dessert. It’s a wonderful way to surprise someone you love with a gift that is not only beautiful, but delicious too.
I accept custom orders for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, family celebrations, and other special occasions. Flavors and presentation can be customized for your event.
